The 22 housing units are all derived from a shared planimetric logic. Each apartment is conceived with generous and equivalent floor areas, ensuring spatial equity across the project. A system of alcoves allows these spaces to expand in an open-ended way while maximizing access to natural light. Terraces complete the street frontage, mediating between the domestic interior and the public realm.

The project is organized around a private internal street that functions as a green spine. More than a circulation space, it becomes a lived environment, integrating private gardens for the individual houses as well as shared gardens accessible to all residents, fostering both privacy and collective use.

Although based on the repetition of a single module, the building responds precisely to the specific conditions of the site. The positioning of each volume is calibrated according to orientation, daylight, and views, allowing each dwelling to establish a distinct relationship with both its immediate surroundings and the broader landscape.

This controlled variation situates the project within a contextual approach to dwelling, where regularity does not preclude diversity, nor a sensitive engagement with place.
